Services for Children and Teens ages 11-18 in Washington

I help children and teens process major life shifts like divorce, relocation, loss, or starting a new school. Using supportive, child-led therapy, I support young people understand their emotions, adjust to new circumstances, and develop tools to manage change with confidence.

I provide neurodiversity-affirming therapy for children and teens, focusing on strengths-based, personalized support that honors each child’s unique way of thinking and experiencing the world. Through compassionate care, I help young people build confidence, emotional understanding, and practical skills to thrive in daily life.

I support LGBTQIA+ youth explore their identity, process coming out, and build resilience while navigating challenges like self-acceptance, family rejection, anxiety, depression, trauma, and/or bullying.

I help children and teens work through school-related challenges like anxiety, bullying, learning differences, and school avoidance. By providing a supportive space and collaborating with families and schools, I help students build the confidence and coping skills they need to thrive both emotionally and academically.

I offer group therapy for children and teens who may feel anxious about individual sessions or want to build social confidence, communication skills, and positive peer connections in a supportive, stress-reducing environment.
