I am in-network with the following health insurance:

I can provide a superbill if your insurance provider is not one that I accept. A superbill is an invoice for services received that can be submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement. Read my blog post about accessing your out-of-network benefits.

Rates:

Initial Assessment Session (50-minutes): $225

Individual Therapy Session (50-minutes): $200

Care Coordination Services: $200/hour
