I offer professional consultation for therapists and other professionals who work with children, adolescents, parents, and families. Consultation provides a collaborative space to think through clinical challenges, explore creative interventions, and strengthen your confidence in working with young clients and the adults who support them.

As a clinical social worker, I bring a relational, strengths-based, and systems-oriented perspective to consultation. My approach integrates evidence-based practices with developmentally appropriate, creative strategies tailored to the needs of children, teens, and families.

Consultation topics and areas of expertise may include:

• ACT and CBT with children and adolescents

• Play, art, games, books, and other creative therapeutic interventions

• ADHD, autism, sensory differences, and neurodiversity-affirming approaches

• Working effectively with parents and caregivers

• Divorced, separated, and blended family dynamics

• Navigating mandated reporting, CPS involvement, and related clinical considerations

• Navigating school systems and special education, including IEPs and 504 Plans

• Care coordination and collaboration with schools, pediatricians/physicians, occupational therapists, and other providers

• Case conceptualization, treatment planning, and navigating challenging clinical situations

Whether you are newer to working with children and families or an experienced clinician looking for another perspective, consultation offers dedicated space to reflect, problem-solve, and expand your therapeutic toolkit.

Consultation is offered on a private-pay basis and can be scheduled as a one-time meeting or on an ongoing basis, depending on your needs.

Individual consultation: $100 per 50-minute meeting

Consultation is intended for professional support and is not clinical supervision or a substitute for legal consultation when those services are indicated.
